Take action to require the Victorian Government to:

a) make police stop and search and other relevant data freely and publicly available;

b) establish a monitoring body capable of ensuring accurate data collection on all topics relevant to systemic racism and other forms of discrimination;

c)make the Victoria Police Manual freely and publicly available.

d)ensure the independent and effective investigation of all complaints against the police.
